We are currently seeking a Travel Sales Executive to join our team at Career Point Consultancy. As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages and services to customers. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in travel sales or a similar role (1-3 years)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Familiarity with travel destinations and popular travel packages
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using computer systems and travel booking platforms
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell travel packages and services to customers
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding and catering to individual travel needs
• Handle inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and in-person
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel destinations, and travel regulations
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth travel arrangements
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Handle complaints or issues that may arise during the travel process
• Prepare and present sales reports to management
