The candidate should be good in communication skills, be presentable and have Good knowledge of MS Office & Excel.

Daily checking emails for customer orders and preparing sales orders and updating the production team.

Coordinating with production daily on product planning and status of orders with production.

Regularly follow up with customers for orders and update them on the status of their orders.

Develop and manage an integrated system of tracking, metrics, and reporting for all marketing activities.

Participate in daily discussions to understand the needs of the clients and identify new opportunities.

Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media, and emails.

Coordinating with production and R&D teams for samples and quotations. Sending Quotations & follow-up with the clients to convert them into orders.
