Job Description

Sales:

 Achieve primary and secondary sales target

 Achieve Total Call, Productive Call and Productivity targets

 Ensuring product visibility and use of promotional material to create awareness of the brand in

the market.

 Market working as per beat plan

 Outlet expansion (both distribution width and depth) as per target

 Handling market complaints and providing early resolution

 Timely payment collections

 Timely and accurate filling up of DSR

 Providing daily and regular customer and market feedback

 Communicating the company’s USPs

Preferred Candidate:

 Age: 24 - 30

 Education: minimum requirement – Graduate

 Experience: 2 – 5 years as a Sales Officer or similar role in an FMCG/food company

 Good communication skills. Excellent knowledge of local language, knowledge of computers,

especially excel.

 Working knowledge of English is a definite plus.
