• Stakeholders to align the product design and development activities

• Conduct grooming and ensure everyone in the team understands the user story and is aligned in the Sprint

• Defines User Acceptance Criteria in the stories

• Presents the system demos to users

• Experience in JIRA, SNOW ticketing tools

• Participate in a daily stand-up meeting

• Handle first-level support tickets from a business perspective & coordinate with offshore

• Experience in Agile process

• Knowledge in DevOps process preferable

• Knowledge in travel domain preferable

• Experience working in any mainframe development project is preferable

• Good written and verbal communication skills
