Responsibilities:

 

  • Attending Calls, Receiving customers, Taking care of all the correspondence with admin.
  • Transfer leads to Education Counselor. Phone Enquiry, Tele, SMS Reference lead creation and follow-up with Education Counselor for the same.
  • Data entry of seminar attendees in excels & updates the same in Sales force; Arrange Certificates. Preparing Batch List
  • Book courier, track of incoming and outgoing dispatches. Maintain POD records in Excel. Vendor bills Entry in Excel, Vendor Bill Punch in Hercules 


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
