Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities:

 Manage the frontend operations for loan disbursal, and investor onboarding

 Manage backend operations team for borrower allocations & dashboards

 Manage presentation cycles and post disbursal operations

 Manage the MIS and channel partner support team

 Work closely with Technology team for development of the Platform

Key Skills/Abilities:

 Understanding and expertise on backend and frontend operations of loan systems – LOS & LMS

 Understanding of Digital Loan systems with relevant liabilities/NBFC experience

 An individual who can earn high degree of credibility with ownership and ability to perform in a high growth organisation with high achievement orientation

Qualification : Graduation and Above (Full-time) with no backlogs and 60 % minimum marks.
