Qualifications and Skills

- Proven ability to manage and lead a team, ensuring performance meets organizational standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively handle disputes and facilitate successful credit collection.
- Ability to maintain strong client relationships and ensure the delivery of top-notch service.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with sensitive financial information.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the credit collection process for small businesses, ensuring timely payments and minimizing credit risk.
- Conduct gold valuations to accurately assess asset worth and determine appropriate credit limits.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of collection officers, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on collection activities, recovery rates, and status updates for senior management.
- Identify potential areas of improvement within the credit collection process and propose solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments to enhance the effectiveness of credit collection practices.
