Qualifications: UG-B. Tech /B.E. /Any Graduate – Any specialization – preferably technical. PG-
MBA/PGDM- preferably mkt. should have command on English and computer.
Experience: the ideal candidate should have a sales related experience. A minimum of 4+ years’
experience in a sales or business development role in a sales coordination environment is
required.

Job description
• Coordinates the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other
tender documents that are responsive to client requirements and in compliance with
company objectives are completed in a timely manner.
• Prepares regular status reports on ongoing tendering and evaluation activities
• Collaborates with key internal stakeholders in identifying procurement needs relative to
projects being undertaken by the company and develops draft procurement schedules.
• Prepares evaluation reports and other corresponding documents in accordance with
standard templates for approval and signoff.
• Acts as a liaison between clients & internal stakeholders to ensure that all queries are
dealt with in a timely manner.A Tendering Coordinator primarily assists the sales team,
focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales
documentation.
• A Tendering Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for
clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
• You must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and
friendly manner.
• You must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the
department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
• The Tendering Coordinator may also be required to produce reports on progress within
the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
• Collect new tender information through tender news, government and other websites
and networking sources.
Key skills and qualifications of a Tendering Coordinator:
• You must be educated to degree level and may also be required to hold any
qualifications relating to Sales or Marketing.
• You must be fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication
skills, as liaison with clients and colleagues is a large focus within the job.
• A Tendering Coordinator must be organized and possess a high level of administration
ability to effectively manage paperwork.
• Due to the volume of communication that will be required with the client, the Sales
Coordinator must possess excellent customer service skills.
• You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to the Sales.
