Position Title Associate Manager

Location Bhagwanpur, Roorkee/ New Delhi

Gender Male/ Female

Main Job Responsibilities:

1) Develop material costs, forecasts or standard cost lists.

2) Appraise vendor manufacturing/supply ability through on-site visits and

measurements.

3) Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors and freight forwarders.

4) Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery

requirements.

5) Appropriate material handling equipment needs and Reduction in inventory &

Inventory Management

6) Sourcing of new vendors at most competitive rates

7) Preparation, Finalisation of contracts, terms & conditions with the vendors & vendors

development.

8) Physical stock tally of Materials

9) Timely updatation of all materials, stock in hand, timely placing of orders etc.

10) Clearance of vendors invoices on timely basis

11) Maintaining minimum inventory of material to meet out exigencies

12) Timely receiving & Verification of Invoices along with qty.

13) Readily availability of materials specifications sheets

14) MIS- Proper documentation of material receiving, invoices, issuance, consumption,

costing etc.

15) Insurance of all on site related material, equipments, tools & tackles, coverage against

theft, fire, damages etc.

16) As and when new Job Assigned by Senior Person.
