Our Specialized Service Segment is to provide assistance in Land Related Legal Issues and Crisis Management in Kerala. We have a panel of experts who are updated and equipped with contemporary changes in the land related matters to provide necessary advice and services to those in need. Since the enactment of the Kerala Paddy Land Wetland Act in 2008, it is unclear how the conversion process can be done, although there are clear rules on how the conversion process can be done on lands which are recorded as nilam/wetland/nanja in the revenue records. Under the current legal framework, there are opportunities to change the type of our land with or without paying a fixed fee as a penalty to the government.
Job Summary:
The Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) will be responsible for driving land conversion sales and business development in the assigned zone. This includes overseeing regional sales teams, building relationships with government authorities, developers, and landowners, and ensuring compliance with local land regulations and conversion procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, land dealings, or government liaison work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement zonal sales strategies to achieve land conversion targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
- Identify and convert prospective landowners for conversion projects.
- Liaise with government bodies for approvals, documentation, and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders like developers, brokers, and legal consultants.
