Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our dynamic team in New Delhi, West Delhi. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a Junior level professional with 1 to 3 years of work experience who is looking to further their career in account management within the footwear industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in account management for at least one year, demonstrating strong customer service skills and a sales-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in accounting practices with the ability to manage multiple accounts and corresponding financial tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Tally ERP; able to navigate and utilize the software for managing financial transactions and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Tally, involving a solid understanding of maintaining financial records and ledgers.
  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to perform complex data analysis, create spreadsheets, and manage data sets.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, ensuring effective communication through Word and presentation using PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data effectively and to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and new business development opportunities.
  • Prepare and interpret financial reports, statements, and analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts, including setting up new accounts, and maintaining customer records in Tally ERP.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop account strategies and approaches to drive sales growth.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any account-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate client requirements and project delivery on time.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for account growth and development.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports periodically to management, summarizing key account metrics and business performance.
