We are looking for a passionate Account manager who will partner with our customers and ensure their long-term success. The Account manager role is to manage a portfolio of customers, provide regular status updates to customers, and building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Making sure that the agreement terms between CodeLand and customers are enforced across both the parties
Negotiating account management contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Understanding customer requirements, translating to technical docs & proposals.
Get regular customer feedback and referrals.
Prepare reports on account status.
Mandatory Requirements
At least 2 years’ experience in techno sales / pre-sales role
Highly organized and strong attention to details
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Good analytical skills to analyze opportunities and data to make decisions
Willingness to travel (limited)
