  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers, providing necessary information and assistance.
  • Maintain a good relationship with customers by offering excellent service.
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Regularly update the CRM system with necessary customer information.
  • Meet or exceed call quotas and sales targets as set by the company.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
