Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Software Testing Certified Corporate Trainer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in Bangalore or Hyderabad and requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software testing and a passion for teaching and mentoring others in the field.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in software testing with a minimum of 4 years in the industry.
• Proficiency in software testing methodologies including automated and manual testing (Mandatory skill).
• Strong programming skills to support automation testing frameworks.
• Effective problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues during testing and training sessions.
• Hands-on experience in software development processes and lifecycle.
• Expertise in database management for maintaining and testing application databases.
• Demonstrated capability in delivering training sessions and workshops on software testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts to learners.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs in software testing to corporate clients and students.
• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and documentation based on the latest industry standards.
• Provide hands-on training in both automated and manual testing techniques.
