Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Full Stack Trainer with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience to join our team in Madanapalle. This is a full-time position that involves delivering comprehensive training in full stack development to our students.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in full stack development (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in delivering engaging and effective training sessions on web development technologies.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Expertise in database management, including relational and non-relational databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle technical challenges efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to present complex concepts in an accessible manner.
• Ability to create comprehensive and easy-to-understand training materials.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding students to achieve their learning goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct full stack development training sessions covering front-end and back-end technologies.
• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, practical exercises, and assessments.
• Provide personalized guidance and support to students to help them succeed in their learning journey.
• Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the training content is current and relevant.
• Assist in the placement process by preparing students for job interviews and technical assessments.
• Collaborate with the CNR EdTech team to continuously improve the training programs and offerings.
• Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment for all students.
