Responsibility-
- Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure efficient use of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain SAP systems for effective data tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
- Strong understanding of TPM principles (Total Productive Maintenance) and Spares Management practices.
- Proficiency in Production Supervising, Production Support, Shift Planning, Troubleshooting skills.
