MIS & Logistics Executive – Harley Coffee

Responsibilities:

Online Order Dispatch & Fulfillment:

  • Process and dispatch orders from online platforms in a timely manner.
  • Fulfill online orders using selected logistics providers and ensure dispatch as per SOPs.
  • Maintain accurate order tracking and communicate with customers regarding order status.

Inventory Management:

  • Track stock levels regularly and ensure inventory does not fall below minimum required thresholds.
  • Monitor and manage product labels to ensure they are error-free and comply with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Ensure packaging materials are well-stocked and ready for order dispatch.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination:

  • Place purchase orders to suppliers/vendors via email and online platforms.
  • Follow up on procurement processes to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues with vendors.
  • Negotiate the best rates, quality, and terms with all products and vendors.

Dispatch & Order Tracking:

  • Handle order dispatch for export retail and institutional customers, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate logistics for all listings, including barcode generation, listing, and dispatching.

Packaging:

  • Oversee product label printing of packing to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

Green Coffee & Export Coordination:

  • Coordinate pre-shipment samples and facilitate export processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and dispatches related to Green Coffee products.

Reporting & Record Keeping:

  • Maintain detailed records of all dispatches and procurement activities using Excel or other relevant tools.
  • Regularly update and share reports with management regarding stock status, order fulfillment, and dispatches.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple aspects of order fulfillment, inventory, and logistics.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order tracking, label printing, and stock management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address issues.
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.

Preferred Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Experience with Shopify, Amazon, and Shiprocket is a plus.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or tools.
  • Prior experience in logistics, procurement, or dispatch roles is advantageous.
