Job Summary:
The MIS and Operations Executive will be responsible for managing daily operations, including procurement, forecasting, stock management, and logistics. This role will also involve maintaining and updating information systems, generating reports, and ensuring efficient processes across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Online Order Dispatch & Fulfilment:
- Process and dispatch orders from Shopify and Amazon platforms in a timely manner.
- Fulfill Shopify orders using Shiprocket and ensure dispatch within 2 business days.
- Maintain accurate order tracking and communication with customers regarding order status.
- Inventory Management:
- Track stock levels regularly and ensure inventory does not fall below minimum required thresholds.
- Monitor and manage product labels to ensure they are error-free and comply with relevant standards and regulations.
- Ensure packaging materials are always well-stocked and ready for order dispatch.
- Procurement & Vendor Coordination:
- Place purchase orders to suppliers/vendors through email and online platforms.
- Follow up on procurement processes to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues with vendors.
- Dispatch & Order Tracking for Retail & Institutional Sales:
- Handle order dispatch for both retail and institutional customers, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Coordinate logistics for airport listings, including barcode generation, listing, and dispatching.
- Oversee Label Printing:
- Ensure product labels are printed correctly and in compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Green Coffee & Export Coordination:
- Coordinate pre-shipment samples and facilitate export processes.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and dispatches related to Green Coffee products.
- Generate contracts, confirm sales, and maintain an updated price list.
- Reporting & Record Keeping:
- Maintain detailed records of all dispatches and procurement activities using Excel or other relevant tools.
- Regularly update and share reports with management regarding stock status, order fulfilment, and dispatches.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Graduate degree
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, and Shiprocket is a plus
- Knowledge of inventory management systems or tools.
- Prior experience in dispatch, procurement, or logistics is advantageous
- Strong in office tools, especially Excel
