JOB DESCRIPTION

GM Construction-Civil with experience in luxury high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of structural engineering, project management, and construction practices specific to high-end, multi-story buildings. The role involves coordinating with the senior project team, contractors, and other engineers to ensure quality standards and project timelines are met.

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate and develop project plans, blueprints, and specifications of the project.
• Perform detailed structural analysis and design for high-rise buildings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and industry standards.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure the project meets specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Resolve any issues related to structural integrity and construction processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and maintain detailed records of site inspections.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and other engineers to facilitate communication and resolve any project-related issues.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection records.
• Incorporate sustainable building practices and materials into the project design to meet green building standards and certifications.

Skills and Qualification

• 15-20 years of experience required in the real estate industry.
• Candidate must be B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Proven expertise in structural analysis and design of multi-story buildings.
• Familiarity with luxury real estate projects and high-quality finishes.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
