v Should have worked on Energy Simulation, Daylighting Analysis, Ventilation Analysis, and Green Building Certification Documentation.

v Handling LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, etc. compliance requirements for the above.

v Conducting discussions with client project teams to explain green compliances and how to achieve them within the budgeted costs.

v Identifying feasible design concepts to meet compliances within the budget.

v Managing clients' projects and keeping them up to date on project progress

v Adding innovative sustainability value features

v Collaborating with all teams to complete the projects on time

v Proficient in HVAC design including heat load calculations, air handling unit specifications, psychometric charts, ducting design, pumps, etc.

v Proficient in energy simulation tools (eQuest, IES) Revit, Heat load calculation software’s, Design Builder, Ecotect, Rhino, Grasshopper, or any other advanced software.

v Knowledge of HVAC Design will be an added advantage.
