Role Description :

- This is a full-time on-site Delphi Developer role located in Chennai at CI Global.

- 3+ years of professional experience with Delphi programming.

- Experience working with recent Delphi versions (10.x or newer preferred).

- Proven track record developing and maintaining commercial Delphi applications.

- Experience with database design and SQL programming.

- Demonstrated experience integrating external APIs and web services.

- Prior experience with version control systems (Git, SVN).

- Experience implementing multi-tier application architecture.

- Background in application performance optimization and debugging.

- Experience with Windows desktop application development.

- Experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Track record of successful project delivery within established timelines.

- Prior experience following software development methodologies (Agile, etc.)

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Background working with client requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

- Experience with data-driven application development.
