Job Description:
As a Coordinator for Finance(ACS/CPA/CMA/CFA/CA), and Technical Certification Programs, your role will involve overseeing and managing various aspects of these programs. You will be responsible for coordinating the activities, resources, and participants to ensure the smooth execution and success of the certification programs. Your key responsibilities will include:
Program Planning and Coordination:
1. Develop comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met.
3. Schedule and organise training sessions, workshops, and examinations.
4. Monitor and evaluate program progress, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Participant Management:
1. Manage the enrollment process for program participants, including registration, payment processing, and documentation.
2. Provide guidance and support to participants throughout the certification process.
3. Respond to participant inquiries and address any concerns or issues that arise.
Resource Management:
1. Coordinate with trainers, instructors, and subject matter experts to schedule their availability and allocate resources effectively.
2. Ensure training materials, study materials, and other resources are available and up to date.
3. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials or services.
Administrative Tasks:
1. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program participants, progress, and outcomes.
2. Prepare and distribute program-related communications, including announcements, schedules, and results.
3. Generate reports on program performance and outcomes for management and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
1. Identify areas for improvement in program delivery and participant experience.
2. Gather feedback from participants and trainers to make enhancements to the programs.
3. Stay updated with industry trends, changes in certification requirements, and best practices.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Education) or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience in coordinating and managing certification programs or training initiatives.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with participants, trainers, and stakeholders.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
6. Knowledge of Finance, or Technical Certification programs is highly desirable.
7. Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
8. Proficiency in computer applications and software related to program management and documentation.
