Roles and Responsibilities

1. Training and developing students of all age groups. (Based on whether you selected for school / college).
2. Encourage students to participate in tournaments.
3. Educating and Teaching Sports from the fundamental level to the competitive level.
4. Measure student progress to encourage the mastery of School / College / District / State / National / International Standards. Design, plan, and implement physical education lessons based on School / College / District / State / National / International Standards.
5. Create appealing lessons that implement a variety of methodologies.
6. Teach students about sports, health, physical development, and nutrition.
7. Celebrate individual and collective accomplishments by teaching the importance of self-improvement.
8. Cultivate student awareness and ownership of personal performance.
9. Encourage teamwork to set collective and personal development goals.
10. Teach knowledge and skills in physical fitness, rhythms and dance, health education, and individual, dual, and team sports.
11. Ensure accommodations and modifications are made for the growth and development of all students.
12. Ensure that the physical education environment is clean, safe and constructive for all students. Plan different recreational activities important for the growth of students.
13. Desired Candidate Profile Should have effective communication skills for dealing with students, faculties, and management, & should be organized, energetic and self-directed. Ability to teach and demonstrate multiple sports.
14. Ability to observe students and maintain order.
