Job Summary:
The Liaisoning Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining effective relationships with various Government departments and regulatory bodies to secure all required statutory approvals, NOCs, and certificates necessary for the organization’s operations, construction projects, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaisoning and Relationship Management:
- Liaison with all Govt authorities to obtain essential certificates, including DTCP, fire safety, building completion, stability, sanitary, pollution control and etc. and maintain working relationships with officials like District Collector, District Revenue Officer (DRO), Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO), RTO, Corporation Officials like Commissioner, AE and other officials, DTCP (Director of Town & Country Planning ), TNEB, Revenue authorities like Tahsildar, VAO, RI, Police Commissioner level to Inspector, BDO Panchayat Officials for getting the necessary approvals / Permissions
- Ensure that our group companies meet the legal and regulatory standards required for certification.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the companies and external regulatory bodies, universities, and government agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with officials in educational boards, universities, and other relevant organizations.
PRO:-
- Collaborate with other departments to create promotional content.
- Write, edit and review all media content and press releases.
- Handle any PR related issue that may arise.
- Maintain good relationships with all media houses.
- Organize PR activities to promote the Institutional Services and serve as the main contact
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline; preference for Law, Public Administration, MBA or Civil Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in liaisoning with government bodies in real estate, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
- Strong network and familiarity with Tamil Nadu regulatory systems.
- Ability to travel and work independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong documentation and coordination abilities.
