Job Title          :            Head Sales & Marketing (Bulk Tea Sales)

Experience    :            20 ~25 yrs

Reports To      :            CEO / Managing Director

Location          :            Coimbatore

Joining            :            Immediate

Salary Range  :            25 to 40 LPA    

 

The job description of the Head Sales & Marketing Bulk Tea Sales will be as follows:

  1. Responsible for bulk Tea Sales, blending, Auctions, Export, Tendering, quality control & profitability.
  2. Responsible for developing business & building the brand of the company.
  3. Explore new avenues of business and submit feasible expansion plans.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  1. Solid knowledge in the in-Bulk Tea Sales Operations
  2. Any Graduate with PG/MBA in Marketing.

 

Professional Experience:

 

  1. The ideal applicant will be an MBA marketing graduate from premium institute with a strong background in sales of tea products, with a minimum of 20 years of sales experience in Bulk Tea as senior management position in reputed brands throughout the world (Past experience as Head Bulk Tea Business for a large Organisation is required)
  2. Must have worked as HOD for the last 10 years in any reputable Tea Company.
  3. Strong understanding of various policies and practices of this Industry.
  4. Responsible of managing Exports, Direct sales, Ecommerce sale and Auction sales.
  5. Responsible for achieving business objectives to meet the company’s sales goals and revenue targets and handle customer issues effectively.
  6. Identify and exploit opportunities of Tea development and Company introduction in NEW markets Inside and outside of India
  7. Good exposure in International and Domestic sales & marketing of our Tea Product (orthodox, CTC & Green).
  8. Responsible to appoint new importers / distributors, Super stockiest, C&F agent and sales generated from new territories.
  9. Should be in charge of maintaining outlets in and around the Nilgiris and throughout Tamil Nadu.
  10. Handle and interface with important export accounts, sending them product samples, price offers, and product data for our whole range. Follow up on orders, monitor sales, and manage the export supply chain.
  11. Coordinate with QA team / Production team and any other related functional team on product development, packing and product customization for Export Tea products.
  12. Liaise with various Domestic & International government & Non-government Departments / bodies, to ensure the company’s smooth operations.

  8. Strong knowledge of operating systems - Ability to create or guide External & Internal team members to prepare high impact reports using pivot tables, Power point etc and should have a high degree of integrity, forward thinking, positive and pro-active in anticipating organizational needs.
