Job Overview
We are seeking a Compliance Manager to join our Cheran Group Of Companies team in Coimbatore. This full-time, senior-level position requires a professional with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The Compliance Manager will oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in risk management, AML/CFT, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in risk management and ability to identify potential compliance risks within a dynamic education-related environment.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance, specifically in educational and institutional contexts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of AML and CFT practices, ensuring adherence to financial crime regulation standards.
- Strong skills in policy development, capable of crafting clear and practical institutional compliance policies.
- Experience in internal auditing, evaluating effectiveness of established compliance measures and protocols.
- Demonstrated competence in compliance monitoring, overseeing the implementation of regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws to ensure the security of student and institutional data.
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, fostering collaborative relationships internally and with external partners.
