Roles and Responsibilities of Property Manager

1. Ensure productivity and accountability, and guarantee that goals are being met
2. Identify potential tenants by Advertising and marketing vacant spaces to attract tenants and filling vacancies, negotiating, and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises
3. Manage to prepare contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposit
4. Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping services
5. Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
6. Managing the sale, rental, or development of properties.
7. Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
8. Handle all aspects of our partnership with property owners, leasing partners, and flex space providers, including finding new tenants, managing tenancy renewals and terminations.
9. Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.

  Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor's / Master's degree (Regular) is highly preferred.
2. Required equivalent work experience of 15 years in property management is mandatory (both Commercial and Residential)
3. Comprehensive experience in managing property purchases, sales, rentals, and development.
4. Experience in negotiating contracts and determining rental rates.
5. In-depth understanding of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements.
6. Knowledge of Real Estate Laws and Regulations
