Responsibilities:

· Teach undergraduate and graduate level English courses

· Develop and update course materials and assessments

· Engage in scholarly activities, including research and publication

· Mentor and advise students

· Participate in department and college committees

· Contribute to departmental and college-wide initiatives

· Provide leadership and guidance to junior faculty members

Qualifications:

· Ph D in English Literature or related field from an accredited institution

· Significant teaching experience at the university level

· Strong research record in English Literature, with a focus on modern and contemporary literature

· Experience in curriculum development and assessment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education
