Job Description:

• job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractors that can be adopted for -
• training, professional grooming such that this contractor set becomes recommendable to consumers. 
• He must track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints. 
• He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries, training, site evaluation or on-site technical 
• assistance, and any other relevant requirement.
• Each RCA will report to the Focus Product Supervisor + Retail Supervisor in the region.

Salary Structure -  Gross salary – 19,520( Non metro) & 23,200( metro) + allowances & incentives.

1. Preferred Any bachelor degree 

2. Age should be less than 25 yrs.

3. Throughout education (10th, 12th, UG & PG) candidate marks should be 50 % and above

4. Candidate shouldn’t have any backlogs now. Backlogs if any should have already been cleared within course duration

5. Should not have any year gap in their education till now
