As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a talented and driven Assistant Manager – Sales to join our dynamic team and help us drive growth, deepen client engagement, and support our mission to reshape the legal industry
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on SaaS products.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as the key point of contact for client queries, feedback, and ongoing account management.
· Conduct occasional field sales visits to law firms and courts
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and targeted sales campaigns.
· Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
· Prepare compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
· Design and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using advanced Excel skills.
· Draft and edit sales-related content, including proposals, pitch decks, email campaigns, and product brochures.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and customer success, to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
· Represent CaseMine at industry events, conferences, and client meetings when required.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Education: MBA (Sales/Marketing) or Law graduate (preferred); candidates with a law background will have an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B SaaS sales or legal tech sales, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Technical Skills:
- Strong command over Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting).
- Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing concepts, digital campaigns, and branding strategies.
- Content Skills: Experience in content writing and deck creation for sales or marketing presentations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to engage and negotiate effectively with clients.
