Job Overview

CAR Kia is seeking highly motivated and skilled Sales Consultants (KECs) to join our team. As a Sales Consultant (KEC), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our wide range of Kia vehicles, and meeting sales targets. This is a full-time position based in our stand alone showroom in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Knowledge of Kia vehicle models, features, and specifications
• Familiarity with financing options and the ability to explain them to customers
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Highly motivated and results-oriented
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in local languages is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable Kia vehicles
• Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate and detailed information about pricing, options, and financing
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kia models, features, and competitors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Participate in sales training programs and stay updated on industry trends
