purpose of the position:

responsible for revenue generation from rural market with team handling at district level


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • manage a team of sales managers on daily basis to meet or exceed business goals
  • assist or support sales managers with activity management and review thier performance on a weekly basis.
  • communicate deadlines and goals to team members.
  • allocate resources,assign business and supervise activities of SMs.
  • identify skill gaps and assist on joint callswith team members.
  • address team concerns and provide direction whenever needed.
  • ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
  • resolve all customer issues and ensure to provide outstanding customer services.
  • conduct performance evaluation of team members and provide feedback for improvements
  • build strong working relationships and maintain effective communications with team members
  • identify business challanges and suggest appropriate action plans.
  • build a positive working and learning environment.
  • ensure thet teams follow companypolicies and procedures at all times.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

qualifications: graduation(any discipline)

experience; 5+ years

age: 28 to 35 yrs

gender; male only
