purpose of the position:responsible for revenue generation from rural market with team handling at district level DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>manage a team of sales managers on daily basis to meet or exceed business goals</li><li>assist or support sales managers with activity management and review thier performance on a weekly basis.</li><li>communicate deadlines and goals to team members.</li><li>allocate resources,assign business and supervise activities of SMs.</li><li>identify skill gaps and assist on joint callswith team members.</li><li>address team concerns and provide direction whenever needed.</li><li>ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.</li><li>resolve all customer issues and ensure to provide outstanding customer services.</li><li>conduct performance evaluation of team members and provide feedback for improvements</li><li>build strong working relationships and maintain effective communications with team members</li><li>identify business challanges and suggest appropriate action plans.</li><li>build a positive working and learning environment.</li><li>ensure thet teams follow companypolicies and procedures at all times.</li></ul> MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSqualifications: graduation(any discipline)experience; 5+ yearsage: 28 to 35 yrsgender; male only
