Paint Shop :

Preventive Maintenance of Paint Equipment's -Ovens, RTO's, Paint circulation systems, Robots (Kawasaki), Booth Air Handling System, PTED process, Pumps, hangers,

Floor & Overhead conveyors, Sealer Dispensing systems, etc.

Press Shop :

Preventive Maintenance of Komatsu make Servo Press Machines [Transfer & Tandem Line],

Material handling robots (Yasukawa,Nachi,Kawasaki), sheet washing m/c, Scrap transfer

conveyors.

Assembly Shop:

Preventive Maintenance of Assembly Equipment's Filling equipment's [Oil,AC,LLC,etc] Body

lifters, nut runners (atlas Copco), bush press machines, Laser number punching ,

Friction drive systems, Sealer robots (Kawasaki), Line conveyors.

Utility Shop :

1. Hot water Generator /Chiller/Compressor/DG/cooling tower, WWTP/WTP Treatment etc...

Qualification:

Diploma Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics – 2 to 3 Years of Working Experience
