Job Description:

Sound knowledge of Service Desk operation process, Tools and Analytics

Extensive knowledge of digital Service Desk Automation solution using market standard virtual agent platforms (ServiceNow VA, Azure Bot, Kore.AI, Amelia etc.), ServiceNow Orchestrator and ITSM, Avaya, AWS Connect and digital works place automation tools& platforms (Nexthink, Nanoheal etc.)

Sound knowledge of Workplace or EUC process, Tools and Analytics, remote support, desktop engineering, field support, touch services, messaging & collaboration.

Digital workplace automation tools & platforms (Nexthink, Nanoheal, Systrack etc.)

Strong Experience with at least one Orchestration & automation platform (ServiceNow Orchestrator, Ansible, etc.)
