In this role, you will be working with top-tier companies (B2B) across various industries to help them
to put in place robust compliance solution with incredible experiences that will wow clients. Your
responsibilities will include creating and owning key business relationships and driving the ultimate
success of company platform. You will be the “face of company” and drive discussions with
compliance leaders/ CxOs in those organizations. You will also be able to think strategically about
business, product, and business challenges and map the intersection of key stakeholders. The ideal
candidate will possess excellent customer engagement and communication skills as well as the
business understanding to drive deals. Primary Responsibilities • Identify and engage prospects and
drive business opportunities. • Work with cross-functional teams to provide maximum information
to client by way of providing collaterals and online / offline product demonstrations. • Develop
unique, compelling and exciting presentations and demonstrations of company product value
propositions. • Deliver persuasive, passionate, high impact, high quality presentations to senior
decision makers at client side. • Create actionable steps to achievement of big, ambiguous ideas.
Desired Qualifications, Experience & Competencies Basic Qualifications
• 4+ years of software or digital or SAAS business experience • Excellent verbal and written
communication skills • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills •
Demonstrated effectiveness working across multiple business units to achieve results • Bachelor's
degree Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with emerging technologies • Proven ability to
prospect, outreach, and manage executive level relationships • Ability to communicate effectively
with both technical and non-technical audiences at the C level • Strong presentation, sales, and
negotiation skills; ability to close high value and high profile deals • Strong ownership; ability to
internalize goals and work independently to create appropriate action plans for those goals • Strong
analytical orientation; comfort using databases and analytical tools and making data-based decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to anal.yze issues and create appropriate tactical plans •
Meticulous attention to detail: ability to juggle many tasks in parallel without lowering your quality
bar • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business
organization • Comfort working with a broad range of technology tools including CRM, Excel, PPT,
Word etc • SAAS sales experience a plus • MBA preferred
