Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team . As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and closing deals for our comprehensive end-to-end HR services platform. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Knowledge of HR services or willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify sales leads and proactively reach out to potential clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in organizations
  • Present and demonstrate our HR services to prospective clients
  • Understand client requirements and tailor our solutions to meet their needs
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth implementation of services
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' offerings
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts regularly
