∙Managing Key Strategic Relationships between IT, Business and IT 

Extended Partner/Support Vendors 

∙Experience in any business analytical application tool to build KPIs & MIS 

dashboards 

∙Analyse business requirements and prepare recommendations and 

business plans 

∙Development and implementation of solution road maps that are aligned 

to the business units' and organisation's need 

∙Oversee the launch of solutions with proper documentation testing & help 

to maximize the positive impact on the business unit and organisation 

∙Communicate decisions, priorities and relevant project information 

relevant stakeholders regarding business requests and projects and 

initiatives 

∙Ensure training for users and drive the adaptation thereon 

Certifications requirement: 

∙5 years plus relevant experience with analytical domain in Business 

Analysis and / or Project Management  

∙BE CSC/IT branch or MCA with good technical & functional knowledge on 

ITO, O2C , P2P cycle.  

∙Worked on ERP’s (preferably SAP) & Added adv. On CRM or Dealer 

management systems  

∙Progressive experience in manufacturing industry (preferably 

discrete/automotive mfg) 

∙Any certifications like PMP, Scrum, Data Science /Analytics will be an added 

advantage​
