About the Job
1. Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and key stakeholders to create a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and target audience.
2. Online Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across platforms such as social media, search engines, email marketing, display advertising, and other relevant channels.
3. Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for various online platforms to attract and retain the target audience and reinforce brand positioning.
4. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor brand sentiment.
5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Drive organic traffic to the company website by implementing effective SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and staying updated with search engine algorithms.
6. Paid Advertising: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns, including PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and display ads, to maximize ROI and achieve performance objectives.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives using relevant tools and metrics. Make data-driven decisions and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
8. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Optimize landing pages, user experience, and conversion funnels to maximize website conversions and lead generation.
9. Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns while achieving desired results.
10. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus or
- Proven experience ( 4-5 years) in digital marketing with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable results through digital campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to devise innovative marketing campaigns.
