2. Troubleshoot product issues with the help of IBM Product Support Team as and when required
3. Check & Maintain TM1 server Logs
4. Version / Session Locking & Unlocking
5. Resolving support tickets raised by users
6. Assign object security rights to groups
7. Use rules to maintain security rights
8. Check server logs for errors

• Admin Support Activity

1. TM1 Module Backup & Restoration
2. Start / Stop TM1 services as per defined schedule and as and when required
3. Upgrade or Installation of TM1
4. Monthly Support Activity
5. Actual Load in TM1
6. Forecasting process support

• Annual Budget Support Activity
