Job description :

 Preplan, research and take classes, design innovative assignments,

homework and test papers to help students enjoy the process of learning.

 Create a vibrant atmosphere where students have the freedom to

communicate, explore and grow their skills.

 Be passionate about the subject and be able to pass on the passion to

children. Appreciate the subject as a whole and not just for its functional or

exam oriented utility.

 Go beyond the books and employ creative and hands on ways of teaching.

Bring lessons close to life and the environment of the student.

 Have innate interest towards inner development of every child in class. Buildconfidence in each child by identifying natural talents and honing the same.Help students take ownership for their progress and development through reflection.

 Liaison with parents to ensure parent, teacher and student work as a team

together for the holistic growth of the student.

 Be ready to take up responsibilities apart from teaching and are eager to take up initiatives towards strengthening the vision of the school.

 Be accommodative in working in a team, with people from diverse

backgrounds.
