Senior Business Development Executive

Experience: 2-5 years (depending on the role) in Business Development in Staffing/Recruitment Industry

We are looking to hire experienced and goal-oriented Senior Business Development Executive/Manager who will be responsible for expanding our client base and driving sales of our permanent, temporary, and contractual staffing services.

Depending on the role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and working closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions. The roles come with growth potential and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's business development strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities within the staffing industry, specifically targeting HR and recruitment teams for permanent, temporary, and contractual staffing services.
• Client Outreach: Build relationships with HR professionals and key stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and propose the right recruitment solutions.
• Proposal Development: Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.
• Sales Support: Support senior BD team members with follow-ups, lead nurturing, and converting prospects into clients.
• Target Achievement: Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the teams overall revenue goals.

Key Requirements:

• Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to identify client needs and offer tailored staffing solutions.
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
