Position: Lead OPT Recruiter / OPT Recruiter
Location: #Hyderbad / #Coimbatore (Onsite || work from office)
Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the job description
of the client through internal databases, group referrals, job portals.
· Strong Experience in Hiring OPT/CPT/EAD/H1B/GC/US Citizen candidates for training & placement on various technologies.
Effectively recruiting candidates through internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, net-working and other strategies.
· Experience in Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
· Build and develop relationship with career development advisers/officers' schools, Colleges and Universities.
· Experience in maintaining database of resumes.
· Conducting preliminary interview and schedule the technical interview with Recruiting Managers.
· Interaction with the Recruiting Managers and finalizing the deal for the candidate.
· Experience in following up with the candidate and make sure to explain the compensation
benefits and other terms and conditions.
· Experience in collecting all the documents from the candidates. Roles and Responsibilities
· Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.
· Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Good
understanding on the various technologies in IT Recruitment and broad
understanding on how the market works, etc.
Required Candidate profile
Excellent Communication Skill is must
Experience in OPT recruitment from 1 to 4 years.
