Job description:&nbsp;Position: Lead OPT Recruiter / OPT RecruiterLocation:&nbsp;<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/feed/hashtag/?keywords=hyderbad&amp;highlightedUpdateUrns=urn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A6978013095830990848" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Hyderbad</a>&nbsp;/&nbsp;<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/feed/hashtag/?keywords=coimbatore&amp;highlightedUpdateUrns=urn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A6978013095830990848" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Coimbatore</a>&nbsp;(Onsite || work from office) Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the job descriptionof the client through internal databases, group referrals, job portals.&nbsp;·&nbsp;Strong Experience in Hiring OPT/CPT/EAD/H1B/GC/US Citizen candidates for training &amp; placement on various technologies.&nbsp;&nbsp;Effectively recruiting candidates through internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, net-working and other strategies.&nbsp;·&nbsp;Experience in Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.&nbsp;·&nbsp;Build and develop relationship with career development advisers/officers' schools, Colleges and Universities.&nbsp;·&nbsp;Experience in maintaining database of resumes.&nbsp;·&nbsp;Conducting preliminary interview and schedule the technical interview with Recruiting Managers.&nbsp;·&nbsp;Interaction with the Recruiting Managers and finalizing the deal for the candidate.&nbsp;·&nbsp;Experience in following up with the candidate and make sure to explain the compensationbenefits and other terms and conditions.&nbsp;·&nbsp;Experience in collecting all the documents from the candidates. Roles and Responsibilities&nbsp;·&nbsp;Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.&nbsp;·&nbsp;Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;·&nbsp;Goodunderstanding on the various technologies in IT Recruitment and broadunderstanding on how the market works, etc.&nbsp;Required Candidate profile &nbsp;Excellent Communication Skill is must&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in OPT recruitment from 1 to 4 years.
