 Excellent English & Hindi / Tamil Communication Skills

 Demonstrate ability to meet upto given sales target

 Evaluate the first line of data and devise target strategies/ Data profiling

 Cold-call prospects that are generated through database

 Email and LinkedIn prospecting to identify and create new opportunities

 Identify decision makers within specific business areas for business prospects & events

 Close new prospects by answering telephone, e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering

information

 Make follow up calls to customers who has shown interest during initial contact

 Generate successful leads and appointment data to concerned sales representatives

 Fix appointment/ Follow up appointments for sales team

 Ability to maintain the huge database

 Generate good number of DRF’s

 Data gathering and analytics to support decision making for all business and business support

functions

Minimum requirements

 Bachelor’s degree or MBA with relevant experience of 3-6 years

 Sound knowledge on cold calling

 Teamplayer

 Interpersonal skills
