We are seeking a qualified Marketplace Operation Manager to join our team at BXI. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 5 years of experience in marketplace operations, with key skills in inventory procurement and credit risk management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in inventory procurement (Mandatory skill) with strong operational expertise.
• Demonstrated skills in credit risk management (Mandatory skill) ensuring smooth and secure transactions.
• Strong vendor management skills with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions with partners and vendors.
• Experience in supply chain management, understanding the flow of goods from procurement to delivery.
• Proficient in data analysis to interpret and optimize marketplace performance metrics.
• Effective project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Solid risk assessment capabilities to identify and mitigate potential operational risks.
