Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Broomees India. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various platforms and mediums. This is a full-time position based in New Delhi, Delhi, India, with an employment type of 'Full-Time'. We are seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print platforms, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with the brand identity.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the visual design is implemented accurately on websites and applications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to incorporate fresh ideas into design concepts.
• Support other teams with design requests, such as creating PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and email newsletters.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Prepare final artwork files for production and ensure they are ready for print or digital use.
• Contribute to the overall improvement of design processes and workflows.
