About the role -

• Execute and measure customer support across all channels, including tracking and analysis.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues via emails and calls.
• Ensure customer needs are met efficiently and attentively.
• Engage in inbound and outbound communication.
• Resolve customer queries, foster retention, and provide service information as needed.
• Ensure all queries/issues are resolved promptly and clearly.

Qualifications and Skills -

• Willing to work in a friendly, energetic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English; another language is a plus.
• Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience as a CX executive.
• Experienced in managing Emails/Calls/Chat/Social Media queries.
• Ability to multitask with excellent communication skills.
