Job Description:

Briskcovey Technologies is seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Your primary focus will be to generate new business opportunities and promote our IT services, including software development, digital marketing, and business consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation strategies.
  • Sales & Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with current and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and areas for potential business growth.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of business deals and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales, ideally in the IT industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, digital marketing, and business consulting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
