Designation: Business Development Executive

Experience: Fresher or 1-3 years

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research and networking to generate leads.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations to showcase the value proposition of the company's offerings to prospective clients.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Customer Needs Analysis: Understand the needs and pain points of clients and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Fluency in English is necessary.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome obstacles.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
